In re JUUL Labs, Inc. - Submit an Opt-Out

If you bought a JUUL product on or before December 7, 2022 and wish to opt out of the Altria Settlement Class, thus barring you from receiving any recovery that may come from a trial or settlement of the Class(es)’s claims, then complete the form below so that it is submitted no later than February 5, 2024 . By filling out this form and completing the submission process you will retain your right pursue your own claims against Defendants. However, your decision to remain in the Class(es) does not preclude you from bringing any personal injury claims you may have.

If you do not follow the procedures and deadlines as laid out in the FAQs, you will remain a Class Member and lose any opportunity to exclude yourself from this Lawsuit.
